You can configure the portal to only display results of specific file types. For example, to only display results from academic classes.
To configure the portal to hide a file type:
- Select Module > System > Lookup Table Maintenance.
The Lookup Table Maintenance window is displayed. - Find the luFileType lookup table.
- For each file type you want to:
• display the results on the portal, select Classes+Results in the CommPortalMeaning field.
• hide the results from the portal, select Classes in the CommPortalMeaning field.
