Using the Communications Centre

The Communications Centre displays a list of communications sent to you by your school. Using the Communications Centre, you can:

Sort or filter the list of communications. See Sorting and filtering communications.
Download communication attachments. See Downloading communication attachments.
Save or print copies of communications. See Saving or printing communications.
Update your email address details. See Updating your email address.

Opening the Communications Centre

To open the Communications Centre:

Fields

Field	Description
Type	Type of communication. For example, .
Date	Date the communication was sent.
Title	Title of the communication.
Read More	Click to view the communication in a popup window. In this popup window you can: Download communication attachments. See Downloading communication attachments. Save or print copies of the communication. See Saving or printing communications. Update your email address details. See Updating your email address.

Buttons

Note: You need to click Read More (see above) to view these buttons.

Button	Description
	Display the Print window to save or print a copy of the selected communication.
	Download all attachments for the selected communication.

Common fields

Field	Description
Search	Search the list of current communications. Note: You can click to apply filters to the list of communications. See Sorting and filtering communications.
Sort By	Select the sorting method applied to the list of communications. See Sorting and filtering communications.
Communications Per Page	Select the number of communications displayed per page.

Common buttons

Button	Description
	Search the list of communications with current filters applied.
	Display filter options for the list of communications.
	Navigate to the previous (<), next (>) or a specific page.
