Selecting the communications displayed on Communications Centre

You can select communications to display on the Communications Centre using the CommPortalVisibleForCommunications field on the luDocumentClassification lookup table. See luDocumentClassification lookup table.

Communications linked to a document classification with the CommPortalVisibleForCommunications field selected are displayed on the Communications Centre once they are added to one of the following tabs:

• Community Maintenance - Correspondence tab
• Current Student Maintenance - Correspondence tab
• Debtor Maintenance - Correspondence tab
• Development Maintenance - Correspondence tab
• Future Student Maintenance - Correspondence tab
• Past Student Maintenance - Correspondence tab
• Staff Maintenance - Correspondence tab.

Note: All communications sent to community members are automatically displayed in the appropriate Correspondence tab.
