Configuring the year and semester to display

You need to select which year and semester the portal displays. To do this:

Select Module > Students > File Semester Maintenance.
The File Semester tab of the Student File Semester Maintenance window is displayed.
Select the Comm Portal Current flag for the year and semester you want to display.

Note: You can customise the portal for each year level. See Customising the portal per year level.
