Description
The luRiskLevel lookup table is used to maintain the level of risk associated with particular excursion risks. The risk level of a risk is dependent on the likelihood and impact of a risk. The relationship between these three attributes is managed with the luRiskLevelMapping lookup table.
This is viewed on the Initial Risk Level and the Mitigated Risk Level fields on the:
- Risks bar of Excursion Maintenance. See the Excursion Maintenance - Notifications bar in the Current students manual.
- Add/Edit Event Risk window. See Creating excursion risks in the Current students manual.

Code | Code that represents the risk level. |
Description | Description of the risk level. |
SortOrder | Order the risk level appears in the drop-down list on the luRiskLevelMapping lookup table. See luRiskLevelMapping lookup table. |
ActiveFlag | Whether this risk level is active at your organisation. |
DisplayColour | Highlight colour used to draw attention to the severity levels. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
