Creating new forms

To create a new form:

Log into the Online form builder. See Logging into the Online form builder.
The My Forms window is displayed. See My Forms window.

Tip: You can also access the My Forms window by clicking in the Main menu.
Click .
The Form Type window is displayed.
Select the type of form you want to create from the drop-down list. You can select:

• Synergetic Application Form
• Synergetic Enquiry Form
• Basic Form.
Click .
The Online form builder is displayed.
Click the form name in the top-left corner.
The form name is highlighted.
Type a name for the form. For example, Application form.
Click .
