Use the Medical bar to maintain:
- public medical alerts
- medical details and incidents.
- Select Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Staff Search Criteria window is displayed. - Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members.
- Click the Medical bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

Fields
Field | Description |

Public Medical Alert | Enter a summary of any medical information that needs to be known throughout your organisation, such as potentially life-threatening conditions including anaphylaxis, asthma and epilepsy. |
Medical Alert | Select to indicate that the staff member has a medical condition that other staff members need to be alerted to. Tip: Click on the |
