Adding object bookings to excursion resources

To add an object booking to an excursion resource:

1. Open the Required Resources bar of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Required Resources bar.
2. Click .
   The Details window is displayed.
   
3. Click .
   The Add Booking window is displayed.
   
   
   Note: You can maintain objects using the Objects Maintenance window. See Maintaining objects in the Synergetic Objects manual.
    
4. Select the object type from the Object Type drop-down list. For example, Computers/Laptops/Tablets/Phones.
5. Select the object category from the Category field. For example, Apple iPad 3.
6. Select the specific object being borrowed in the Object field. For example, Apple iPad APL234567.
7. Select the start of the object booking in the Start Time field.
8. Select the end of the object booking in the End Time field.
9. Type any relevant comments in the Comment field.
10. Click .
