Deleting subject assessment areas

You can delete a:

• subject assessment area if there are no results associated with it
• calculated 'subject assessment area' with a formula
• summarised 'subject assessment area' if the Summarise to Seq field on the Area sub-tab of other areas of assessment do not refer to its sequence number.

To delete a subject assessment area:

1. Search for the subject assessment area. See Searching for subject assessments.
   The Subject Assessment Area Selector window is displayed on the left.
2. Select the subject assessment area to delete.
   
   The Subject Assessment Area Maintenance window refreshes and the subject assessment area is displayed.
3. Click .
   
   
   Note: The following window is displayed if there are classes associated with the subject assessment area.
   
   
   The Confirm Delete window is displayed.
   
4. Type delete.
5. Click .
