Filtering results on the Class and Assessment windows

To filter results on the Single, Class, Class (Fast) and Assessment windows of Results Maintenance:

Navigate to one of the following Results Maintenance windows:
• Class window. See Results Maintenance - Class window.
• Assessment window. See Results Maintenance - Assessment window.
Click .
The Results Entry Filter Criteria window is displayed.
Update the fields as required.
Click .
The filtered results are displayed on the relevant window.

Students area fields

Field	Description
Show Left	Display students who have left the class.
Show Non Assessable	Display students who are not assessed for this class.
Show Photos	Display student photos.
Large Photos	Display student photos beneath each student's name. Note: Large Photos and Tooltip Photos only apply when Show Photos is selected.
Tooltip Photos	Display student photo when the mouse is hovered over the student's name.

Columns area fields

Field	Description
Comments View	Display the result and topic comment for each assessment area.
Results View	Display the result for each assessment area.
Show Overall Comment	Display the overall comment for the class.
Show Comments Formatted	Show comments with formatting applied.
Filter Area By Result Group	Display students in the selected Result Group. See Class Maintenance - Result Groups tab in the Synergetic Assessment and reports manual.
Filter Area By Selection	Display only assessment areas selected from the drop-down list.
Filter Area By Result Type	Display only assessment areas with the selected result type.
Real-time Result Refresh	Select to update the results with any changes made by other staff members in real time. Note: This may cause the page to run more slowly. If you are having difficulty with the response time of this page, we recommend you clear this field.

Command links

Command Link	Description
Clear	Clear all selections from the Filter Area By Selection field.

Buttons

Buttons	Description
	Apply the filter to the Results Maintenance window.
	Return the Results Maintenance window to the default filter settings.
	Close the Results Entry Filter Criteria window without applying changes.
