Course Maintenance - Classes bar

Use the Classes bar to view information about all the classes that are assessed as part of this course.

Opening the Classes bar

To open the Classes bar:

Select Curriculum > Course Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set Course Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the course. See Searching for courses.
Click the Classes bar.

Tip: You can click anywhere on the bar to open it.

Course Maintenance - Classes bar key fields and buttons
Grid area fields

Field	Description
Class	Code for the class.
Staff	Staff code for the staff member primarily responsible for the class.
Description	Name of the class.
Auto Select	Displays whether the class has Auto Select for Course selected in the General tab of Class Maintenance. See Class Maintenance - General bar.

Common buttons

Button	Description
	Navigate between the selected courses.
	Launch the Create New Course window to add a new course to the database. Enter the details for the course and click .
	Display the Course Maintenance Search Criteria window. You can update the search criteria and search for new courses. See Searching for courses.
	Customise how the bars are displayed. See Customising navigation bars in the Introduction manual.
	Create a new task relating to the current course. See Managing tasks in the Introduction manual.
