luDocumentType lookup table

Description

The luDocumentType lookup table defines the file formats accepted by the DocMan service, and any restrictions on file size per file format

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code representing the document type.
Description	Description of the document type.
SynergyMeaning	Code to tell Synergetic how to use the document type.
ActiveFlag	If selected, this document type is available for use.
MaxFileSizeKB	Maximum file size in kilobytes allowed for automatic upload by the DocMan service. Note: 1 MB (megabyte) is approximately 1000 KB. Set an appropriate value to ensure documents can be successfully uploaded. In the image above the MaxFileSizeKB value has been set to 10000 or 10 MB which is a recommend configuration. Larger files than this will be rejected by the DocMan service which will be identified in files moved to the related rejected folder. There are no logs in the user interface to identify these files.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
