Description
The luStudentVerificationDocument lookup table is used to define the types of documents provided by parents when students are enrolled at your organisation. The NZMOE uses this information to verify the student's name, date of birth and eligibility status in accordance with Education Circular 2007/1. For details, see Verification document in the Roll returns manual.
This lookup table is used to populate the Verification Doc field on the NZMOE tab of:

ActiveFlag | Whether the selected verification document is used at your organisation. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
