Description
The SynergeticTaskNotify configuration setting is used to configure which email profile or sender address Synergetic uses to send task notifications other users.
Note: emails are not generated when you allocated yourself a task.

Default value
The default value is SynergeticUpgrade. Task notifications use the same email profile as system upgrades.

Setting a new value
Update the Value field in Configuration File Maintenance with either:

the email address to be used as the sender of task notification emails
the name of the SQL Server Database Email Profile you want to use.

Note: If the mail profile does not already exist in your SQL server, you must create it. Synergetic does not automatically create a new mail profile.
