Description
The StoreInDocMan configuration setting determines whether the combined student results PDF is stored when the Store archive in DocMan field is selected on the Print StudentsReports window.
Each student usually has several results PDFs; one for each class. These individual PDFs are combined into a single PDF; it is this PDF that can be stored in the DocMan tab of the student.

Default value
The default value is True.
If both the Archive and Store archive in DocMan fields are selected on the Print StudentsReports window, the combined student results PDF is also saved in the DocMan tab for the relevant student.
Setting a different value
Clear the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set it to False. See Maintaining configuration files.
The combined student results PDF is:
- not stored in the DocMan tab of the student when the Store archive in DocMan field is selected
- is archived in the path specified using the Archive:Path configuration setting.
