Description
The Archive:Description setting is used to set the description of archived student reports.

Default value
The default value is Archive of Student Reports for {FileSemester}/{FileYear}.
Setting a different value
Type into the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set a different value. See Maintaining configuration files.
