Description
The luESLProficiencyLevel lookup table is used to define the levels of English proficiency for students with English as a Second Language (ESL).
It is used in the Proficiency, Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading fields on the Flags tab of:
Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Flags tab in the Current students manual.
Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Flags tab in the Future students manual.

ExternalSystemType | Code for the external authority that provides the ExternalSystemCodes. List of External Authorities/Data Providers:

ExternalSystemCode | Code for the ESL proficiency level used by the external system. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
