Settings Maintenance - Details tab

You can use the Details tab to view details for each Action Centre message including:

Opening the Details tab

To open the Details tab:

Select Module > System > Settings Maintenance (Action Centre Message Types).
The Settings Maintenance window is displayed.

Tip: You can also access the System Maintenance functions by clicking .
Navigate the folder structure to select an Action Centre message. See Navigating the folder structure.

Tip: You can search for Action Centre message by typing into the Search field. Display the next search result by clicking Next.

The Settings tab of Setting Maintenance is displayed.
Click the Details tab.
The Details tab of the Settings Maintenance window is displayed.

Note: When you select a folder the Details tab is the only tab displayed.

Settings Maintenance - Details tab key fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code of the Action Centre message.
Parent	Unique code of the parent folder containing the selected Action Centre message.
Subscription Mode	Subscription mode of the selected Action Centre message. Messages are either: TargetedID messages targeted to specific users Subscribers messages subscribed to by community members.
Category	Type of Action Centre message. Message can be either: info alert task parent, which is a folder containing a group of messages.
System Flag	Whether the Action Centre message is system-generated.
Reference	Synergetic module linked to the selected Action Centre message. For example, MED means the message applies to medical information.
Summary 1	Summary of the Action Centre message.
Summary 2	Summary of the Action Centre message that is worded to apply to a specific person.
About	Information about the Action Centre message. This includes: description of the message how the message is created any related configuration settings.

Common fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Image	Description
Folder Structure		Location of the selected Action Centre message or folder. Note: For information about navigating the folder structure, see Navigating the folder structure.
Message Type		Info message.
		Alert message.
		Task message.
		Folder containing a group of messages.
Description		Description of the Action Centre message.
Subscription Mode		Users subscribe to the Action Centre message.
Subscription Mode		Action Centre message is targeted to a specific user.
Active		Whether the Action Centre message is active.
Source		Unique code of the selected message. Note: This is the same as the Code field on the Details tab. See Settings Maintenance - Details tab.
