Navigating the folder structure

You can navigate the folder structure in Settings Maintenance to view information about Action Centre messages.

To navigate the folder structure:

1. Select a parent folder. For example, the Enquiries folder.
2. Click  to expand the folder.
   
   
   Tip: You can also expand parent folders by double-clicking the folder.
   
   The sub-folders and Action Centre messages stored inside the folder are displayed.
   
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the required Action Centre message is displayed.
4. Select the Action Centre message.
   The message information is displayed.
