School Settings Maintenance - Inter School Relationships tab

Use the Inter School Relationships tab to maintain school relationship information including:

Tip: Add new schools and maintain current schools using the luSchool lookup table.

Opening the Inter School Relationships tab

To open the Inter School Relationships tab:

Select Module > System > School Settings Maintenance from the main menu.
The School tab of the School Settings Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Inter School Relationships tab.
The Inter School Relationships tab is displayed.

School Settings Maintenance - Inter School Relationships tab key fields
School Filter area fields

Field	Description
School Code	School code of the school.
School Name	Name of the school.
External System Code	Code for the school used by the external system.
Associated Schools	Select to display associated schools.
Competitor Schools	Select to display competitor schools.
Sharing Applications With	Select to display schools that share applications with your organisation.
Feeder Schools	Select to display feeder schools that provide your organisation with students.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Code	School code of the school.
Description	Description of the school.
ExternalSystemType	Code for the external system that may require information about schools.
ExternalSystemCode	Code for the school used by the external system.
Associated School	Whether the school is an associated school.
Competitor School	Whether the school is a competitor school.
Feeder School	Whether the school is a feeder school.
Share App Info	Whether the school is sharing application information with your organisation.
Sort Order	Sort order assigned to the schools. Lower numbers appear further up the list.

Request Application Preference Information for area

Used to determine whether parents or applicants completing online applications will be prompted to enter school preferences. See:

Field	Description
None	Select to request no application preference data.
Selected Schools	Select to request application preference data for:
	Field	Description
	Associated Schools	Select to request application preference information for schools that are associated with your school.
	Competitor Schools	Select to request application preference information for schools that are in competition with your school.
	Other Schools	Select to request application preference information for schools that are not associated or competitor schools.
Text on Application	Text that will be seen when parents or applicants are prompted to enter school preference information.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Clear selected filters.
