Updating Crystal Reports for the single database structure

To update a custom Crystal Report to the single database structure:

Open the custom Crystal Report in Crystal Reports.
Select Database > Set Database Location.
The Set Database Location window is displayed.
Select the reports data source location in the Current Data Source Area.
The location will be either:
• SynergyOne
• SynergyOneFinance.
Select My Connections in the Replace with area.
Select Synergetic.
Click .
Enter the system administrator (sa) password.
Click Finish.
Repeat steps 1 through 8 for each sub-report.
Click Close.
Save the changes.
