Column	Heading	Description
A	School Name	Name of your school.
		Configuration
		This field value is defined using the School Name field on the Page 1 sub-tab of the School tab of School Settings Maintenance. See School Settings Maintenance - School tab.
B	Student Address	Full home address of the student.
		Configuration
		This field value is defined using the Home Address tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Home Address tab. The full home address is displayed in the Address field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
C	Family Name	Surname of the student.
		Configuration
		This field value is defined using the Surname field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
D	First Names	Given names of the student.
		Configuration
		This field value is defined using the Given fields on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
E	Date of Birth	Date of birth of the student.
		Configuration
		This field value is defined using the Date of Birth field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
F	Year Level	Year level of the student.
		Configuration
		This field value is defined using the Year Level field on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab - Status sub-tab.
G	Total No. Unauthorised Days Absent	Total number of unauthorised days that the student was absent. Students are included when they have 10 or more days of unauthorised absences.
		Configuration
		This field value is the total of the following three columns.
H	Code N (not approved)	Total number of days the student was absent with an absence type of N (Not approved).
		Configuration
		Absences count towards this total when they have an absence type mapped to the SAGOV value of N (Not approved). You can map luAbsenceType values to SAGOV values using the SAGOV interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window. Once mapping is complete, absences are recorded towards this total when they are entered with an Absence Type field value mapped to the SAGOV value of N (Not approved). See Recording absence slips.
I	Code U (Unexplained)	Total number of days the student was absent with an absence type of U (Unexplained).
		Configuration
		Absences count towards this total when they have an absence type mapped to the SAGOV value of U (Unexplained). You can map luAbsenceType values to SAGOV values using the SAGOV interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window. Once mapping is complete, absences are recorded towards this total when they are entered with an Absence Type field value mapped to the SAGOV value of U (Unexplained). See Recording absence slips.
J	Code Z (School Following Up)	Total number of days the student was absent with an absence type of Z (School Following Up).
		Configuration
		Absences count towards this total when they have an absence type mapped to the SAGOV value of Z (School Following Up). You can map luAbsenceType values to SAGOV values using the SAGOV interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window. Once mapping is complete, absences are recorded towards this total when they are entered with an Absence Type field value mapped to the SAGOV value of Z (School Following Up).
