Use the Weekly Earnings History tab to view:

details of changes made to employees that may impact the Ordinary Weekly Pay amount used to calculate holiday pay
weekly earnings snapshots saved on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Payroll Maintenance. See Current Pay Maintenance - Weekly Earnings Assistant tab.

Opening the Weekly Earnings History tab

To open the Weekly Earnings History tab:

Select Payroll > Current Pay Maintenance from the main menu.
The Detail tab of the Current Pay Maintenance window is displayed.
Open the required payroll employee. Either use the:
• navigation buttons on the Current Pay Maintenance window
• Current Pay Selector window.
Click the Weekly Earnings History tab.
The Weekly Earnings History tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.

Current Pay Maintenance - Weekly Earnings History tab key fields

Grid area fields

Field	Description
ModifiedDate	Date and time of the last modification.
ModifiedBy	Community member that modified the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab.
PayrollYear	Payroll year linked to the Annual Salary and Weekly Salary values.
AnnualSalary	Calculated annual salary of the payroll employee. See Payroll Maintenance - Salary tab.
WeeklySalary	Calculated weekly salary of the payroll employee.
Calculation As at Date	Date used to indicate the start of the holiday pay period.
EmployeeStartDate	Starting date of the payroll employee at your organisation. Note: This field is populated based on the Start date field on the General tab of Payroll Maintenance. See Payroll Maintenance - General tab.
StandardNormalPay	Amount of standard normal pay. See the Standard Normal Pay field on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Current Pay Maintenance.
StandardDividedByWeeks	Number of weeks used to divide the StandardNormalPay.
StandardWeeklyPay	Amount of standard weekly pay. See the Standard Weekly Pay field on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Current Pay Maintenance.
AnnualDividedByWeeks	Number of weeks used to divide the StandardWeeklyPay.
OrdinaryNormalPayAmount	Amount of normal pay. See the Normal Pay Amount field on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Current Pay Maintenance.
OrdinaryDividedByWeeks	Number of weeks used to divide the OrdinaryNormalPayAmount.
OrdinaryEquals	Result of the Ordinary Weekly Pay Formula calculation. See the Ordinary Weekly Pay Formula section on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Current Pay Maintenance.
AvgNormalPayAmount	Amount of average weekly earnings. See the Average Weekly Earnings section on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Current Pay Maintenance.
AvgDividedByWeeks	Number of weeks used to divide the AvgNormalPayAmount.
AvgEquals	Result of the Average Weekly Earnings calculation. See the Average Weekly Earnings section on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Current Pay Maintenance.
AgreedWeeklyPayAmount	Agreed weekly pay amount. See the Agreed Weekly Pay Amount field on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Current Pay Maintenance.
