Use the Events tab to view changes to pay code rates, factors or amounts and their effective dates.
Important: Pay events have been deprecated and are no longer functional. The content displayed on this tab is for historical auditing purposes only.
To open the Events tab:
- Select Module > Payroll > Pay Code Maintenance.
The Set Pay Code Search Criteria window is displayed. - Search for the pay code.

Pay Code Maintenance - Events tab key fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Effective | The date the change came into effect. |
Pay Rate | The new rate of pay, if applicable. |
Factor | The new pay factor, if applicable. |
Amount | The new pay amount, if applicable. |
