Payroll Configuration - Levies tab

Use the Levies tab to record any levies charged to staff as part of the payroll process, for example Social Club dues.

Note: This tab only applies to New Zealand installations.

Opening the Levies tab

To open the Levies tab:

Select Module > Payroll > Payroll Configuration Maintenance from the main menu.The General tab of the Payroll Configuration window is displayed.
Click the Levies tab.
The Levies tab of the Payroll Configuration window is displayed.

Payroll Configuration - Levies tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Earn Less Than	Threshold for the levy. The levy only applies to staff members who earn less than the amount.
Amount	Amount of the levy, if the levy is a dollar amount.
Percent	Amount of the levy, if the levy is a percentage.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Add an additional row then type into the fields in the grid area.
	Delete the highlighted row in the grid area.
