Past Student Maintenance - Association tab

Use the Association tab to maintain the membership details of the past student with your organisation's past student's association.

Note: Special constituencies can be defined using the luAssociation lookup table. If values are later changed in the lookup table, contact the support team for assistance with regenerating the updated associations.

Opening the Association tab

To open the Association tab:

Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking .
Select the past student. See Searching for past students.
The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Association tab.
The Association tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Past Student Maintenance - Association tab key fields

Field	Description
Member	Type of membership.
Member No	Membership number for association.
Branch	Branch of the association that the past student is a member of.
Initial Date	Date that the member joined.
Expiry Date	Expiry date, from which the next renewal is calculated from.
