Medical Centre Maintenance - Incidents tab - School Notifications sub-tab

Use the School Notifications sub-tab of the Incidents tab to list and maintain details of notifications to:

other staff members at your organisation
workers compensation, in the event that a staff member is injured while at work.

Note: Sick bay staff members usually maintain school notifications of incidents, based on the policy at your organisation.

Opening the School Notifications sub-tab

To open the School Notifications sub-tab of the Incidents tab:

Click Module > Students > Medical Maintenance.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .
The Select Medical Venue window is displayed.
Select the medical venue that you want to use. See the luMedicalVenue lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Click .
The Medical Centre Maintenance window is displayed.
Click or select a student from the selector grid. See Signing staff/students in to the medical centre.
The Summary tab of the Medical Centre Maintenance window is displayed for the student or staff member.
Click the School Notifications sub-tab.
The School Notifications sub-tab of the Incidents tab of Medical Centre Maintenance is displayed.

The fields on the School Notifications sub-tab are identical to those on the School Notifications sub-tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Incidents tab - School Notifications sub-tab.
