Adding new medical conditions

To add a new medical condition:

1. Click .
   The Confirm window is displayed.
   
2. Click .
   The Condition field in the Details area is selected.
3. Select the Condition. See the luMedicalConditionType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
4. Select the Severity. See the luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
5. Type any Condition Details.
6. Type any Emergency Treatment Details.
7. Type any Other Treatment Details.
8. Click to link a document to the medical condition, if necessary.
9. Click .
