Purchase Order Lifecycle Power BI Dashboard

You can use the Purchase Order Lifecycle Power BI Dashboard to view and filter data for the entire purchase order lifecycle including:

cost of orders by business unit
cost of orders by status
cost of orders with a status of authorised compared to ordered
cost of orders with a status of supplied compared to authorised
list of all orders.

Important: You need to be running Synergetic Version 69.49 to use this dashboard.

You can use this interactive dashboard to explore the functionality of the Purchase Order Lifecycle Power BI Dashboard.

Purchase Order Lifecycle Power BI Dashboard key buttons

Tile	Description
Orders	Total number of authorised orders based on current selections.
Cost	Total cost of the authorised orders based on current selections.
Supplied	Total dollar value of the authorised orders.
Ordered Cost By Business Unit	Total ordered cost by business unit. You can: hover over a segment of the donut chart to view a popup summarising order counts and costs by status for the selected business unit click a segment of the donut chart to filter the dashboard by the selected segment.
Ordered Cost By Status	Total ordered cost by status. You can: hover over a segment of the donut chart to view a popup summarising order counts and costs by business unit for the selected status click a segment of the donut chart to filter the dashboard by the selected segment.
Authorised vs Ordered	Total cost of authorised orders compared against the total cost of all orders. hover over the gauge to view the exact cost of authorised orders.
Supplied vs Authorised	Total cost of supplied orders compared against the total cost of all authorised orders. hover over the gauge to view the exact cost of supplied orders.
Orders	List of all orders. You can: select a column to filter the table content by the selected column value select a row to filter the dashboard content by the order.
Status	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected statuses.
Business Unit	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected business units.
Authorised Status	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected authorisation statuses.
