You can use the Financial Reporting Power BI Dashboard to view and filter income and expense data including:

income
expenditure
total income by cost centre
total expenses by cost centre
total expenses per student by cost centre.

Tile	Description
Total Income	Total income represented in the dashboard based on current selections.
Total Expenses	Total expenses represented in the dashboard based on current selections.
Avg. Income per Student	Average income per student represented in the dashboard based on current selections.
Avg. Expenses per student	Average expenses per student represented in the dashboard based on current selections.
Income	Monthly income of your organisation. You can: hover over the graph to view a popup displaying the highlighted monthly figure select a line in the graph to filter the dashboard content by year select a year in the legend to filter the dashboard content by year.
Expenditure	Monthly expenditure of your organisation. You can: hover over the graph to view a popup displaying the highlighted monthly figure select a line in the graph to filter the dashboard content by year select a year in the legend to filter the dashboard content by year.
Total Income by Cost Centre	Total income by cost centre. You can select a segment of the pie chart to filter the dashboard content.
Total Expenses by Cost Centre	Total expenses by cost centre. You can select a segment of the pie chart to filter the dashboard content.
Total Expenses per Student by Cost Centre	Total expenses per student by cost centre. Each bar represents total expenses per student in a given year and cost centre. You can: select a bar to filter the dashboard content to display data from the selected year and cost centre select a year in the legend to filter the dashboard content by year.
