Future Student Maintenance - Events tab

Use the Events tab to view events that the student has attended in the past.

Opening the Events tab

To open the Events tab:

Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking .
Search for the future student. See Searching for future students.
Click the Events tab.
The Events tab of the Future Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Future Student Maintenance - Events tab key fields and buttons
Fields
The fields and buttons on this tab are almost identical to those on the Current Events tab. See:

Fields unique to this tab include:

Field	Description
ID	Synergetic ID of the primary person invited.
Joint ID	Community member's joint Synergetic ID number, if applicable.
Name at time of event	Name of the attendee at the time the event was held. This defaults to their mail name.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Launch into Events Maintenance. See Maintaining events in the Development manual.
	Add a new row and then type in the details of the event attended in the past.
	Delete the highlighted event.
