Description
The CallAssignMethod configuration setting is used to determine which method is used to map incoming calls to object loans.

Default value
The default value is blank. Available values are:

P - map each incoming call using the PIN. If no PIN is used, do not map the call.
PE - map each incoming call using the PIN. If no PIN is used, map the call using the extension it was dialled from.
E - map each incoming call using the extension it was dialled from; no PINs are generated.

Setting a different value
Type the new value in the Value field in Configuration File Maintenance. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
