Use the Set Parent Teacher Interview Search Criteria window to search for existing parent teacher interviews. See Searching in the Introduction manual for information on how to use the search tools.
To open the General tab:
- Select Module > Students > Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Parent Teacher Interview Search Criteria window is displayed. - Type in the information you know about the parent teacher interviews.
Set Parent Teacher Interview Search Criteria window key fields
Field | Description |

PTI Cycle Code | Code for the parent teacher interview cycle. A cycle is simply a set of sessions that are usually related. For example, you might choose Year 8/9 parent teacher interviews as a cycle. |
Description | Description of the parent teacher interview cycle. |
Session Date | Date that the session is to be held. |
Active Cycle | Synergetic allows you to maintain information about all the parent teacher interviews that you have conducted. The Active Cycle field, in conjunction with the Active Cycle flag on the Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance - General tab, allows you to select a single current (active) cycle. |
