Scheduling staff co-curricular activities

Synergetic allows staff to set up and maintain a schedule for co-curricular activities. A visual grid in the Staff Schedule Maintenance window displays each staff member's current timetabled classes. Staff can use this grid to:

• book time periods for regular co-curricular activities for which they are involved. For example, teaching musical instruments, coaching sports or assisting with a drama production.
• set up ad hoc meetings with individual students to discuss both academic and non-academic issues.
