There are a number of standard reports available to you to help you manage courses. See the folder of Crystal Reports supplied to your organisation.
To access these reports, select Module > Assessment > Courses Crystal Reports Available. You can browse or search through reports:
- previously marked as 'favourites'
- from a specific module
- from all modules.
You can search for reports based on the report:
- description
- code.

Description of key reports
Report | Description |
|---|---|
Tutors Lessons Returned in Past 2 Months | Lists tutors with lessons in the last two months. |
Tutors With Lessons Outstanding | Tutors / teachers with outstanding lessons. |
Course and Class List | Lists classes within the course. |
Course Top 20 Summary List | Summary of the course with graphs giving a description and costs. |
Course Student Status List | Lists what each student's status in relation to the course is. |
Course Summary List | Lists the courses. |
