Current Students Power BI Dashboard

You can use the Current Students Power BI Dashboard to use graphs and tables to view and filter current student data including:

student counts by campus, country of birth, gender, house, religion, status and year level
details for individual students.

Current Students Power BI Dashboard key tiles

Tile	Description
Count by Campus & Year Level	Number of students enrolled at your organisation by campus and year level. You can: select a column to filter the dashboard content by campus select a row to filter the dashboard content by year level select a cell to filter the dashboard content by campus and year level.
Student Count	Total number of students represented in the dashboard based on current selections.
Count by Status	Total number of students enrolled at your organisation by student status. You can select a row to filter the dashboard content by student status.
Count by House	Total number of students enrolled at your organisation by house. You can select a row to filter the dashboard content by house.
Count by Gender	Percentage of students enrolled at your organisation by gender. You can select a pie chart segment to filter the dashboard content by gender. Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.
Religion	Total number of students enrolled at your organisation by religion. You can select a row to filter the dashboard content by religion.
Country of Birth	Total number of students enrolled at your organisation by country of birth. You can select a row to filter the dashboard content by country of birth.
Count by Year Level	Total number of students enrolled at your organisation by year level. You can select a bar chart column to filter the dashboard content by year level.
Student Details	List of students enrolled at your organisation including student details for each record. You can: select a column to reorder the list of students by the selected header select a row to filter the dashboard content to display data for the selected student record.
Campus	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected campuses.
Gender	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected genders.
Status	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected student statuses.
Year Level	Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected year levels.
Students by Home Location and Campus	Use this tile to view the household locations of students enrolled at your organisation. Each location is represented using a pie chart segmented by campus. Note: You must click to view this tile. You can: select a pie chart segment to display campus-specific current student data for the selected household zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel pan by left-clicking and dragging using your mouse hover over a dot to view a popup displaying a summary of the household.
Students by Home State and Campus	Use this tile to view dots indicating the state locations of students enrolled at your organisation. Each location is represented using a pie chart segmented by campus. Note: You must click to view this tile. You can: select a pie chart segment to display data for the students in the selected campus studying at the location zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel pan by left-clicking and dragging using your mouse hover over a dot to view a popup displaying a summary of the campus.
