Use the Student Award Import window to import student awards from an external application.
- Select Module > Students > Student Awards Import... from the main menu.
The Student Award Import window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking.
Student Award Import window key fields and buttons
Fields

| Select | Use to select one or more records. You can then delete either:

| Student ID | Synergetic ID of the student linked to the record. |
| Student Name | Name of the student linked to the record. |
| File Year | File year of the record. |
| File Term | File term of the record. |
| Award Code | Unique code for the award. |
| Award Date | Date the award was conferred. |
| Award Achievement | Brief description of the achievement. |
| Award Comment | Additional comments about the student's achievement. |
| StaffID | Synergetic ID number of the staff member who nominated the student for the award. |
| Staff Name | Name of the staff member who nominated the student for the award. |

Buttons

Display the load merge file window. See Loading merge files when importing student awards. | |
| Delete the currently selected record. | |
| Delete record with the Select field selected. | |
| Delete records with the Select field deselected. | |
Accept the records on the window and create a posting with the imported general ledger journals. | |
| Cancel the student awards import process. |
