As the database name has been modified, any code referencing the old database name will need to be updated
In the case of Custom Icons you can check these by accessing System > Configuration File Maintenance
In the Find field, type CustomIcon
If there is any code in the Value field, please check these
Please Note: If there is an error in your code, it will show up when a user attempts to access a maintenance screen (e.g. Current Student Maintenance)
