Export a File to a local workstation from the hosted environment
These are the steps to Export and copy a file from the hosted environment to your local workstation after executing Student Data Export.
Select Students → Student Data import/Export
Select the required export option
Select Browse and navigate to the Home Folder or Temporary Files location
Enter the required Filename and extension
Select [save]
The file Name and location will look similar to this image
Execute the Student Export as normal
The file will then need to be downloaded to your local computer.

Import a File to the hosted environment from a local workstation
These are the steps to copy and import a file from your local workstation to the hosted environment
In your local File Explorer place the import file in any import directory
This file will need to be uploaded to the hosted environment follow these steps Upload Files to Synergetic Cloud
The File has now been uploaded to the hosted environment. Continue as normal to import the file into Synergetic.
Select Students → Student Data import/Export
Select the required export option
Select Browse to locate the import file
The file Name and location will look similar to this image
Execute the Student Import file as normal
