Use the PTE tab to generate a file for the Public Trust of New Zealand that contains information about student tuition and other educational and living expenses.

Opening the PTE tab

To open the PTE tab:

Select Module > Students > Student Data Import/Export from the main menu.
The WA SCSA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the student import and export functions by clicking .
Click the PTE tab.
The PTE tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.

Import/Export Student Data - PTE key tab fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
PT Code	Public Trust code.
PTE Reference	Public Trust Export reference number.
File Type	File type being exported. For example, A for academic subjects, M for music subjects and so on.
Export File Name	Name and path of the file being exported.
Print a copy of the invalid records	Select to print a copy of any invalid records.
Progress	Progress of the import.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Select the path of the file being exported.
