Issue:

When a user tries to Copy Grid Contents to Excel, the address field is omitted from the Excel file.

Resolution:

This functionality has been added to a security setting and must be activated for any user that requires addresses to be visible when copying grid contents into Excel.

If you would like to enable addresses, follow these steps:

• Go to System > Group/User Security Maintenance
• Pick a group that you wish to apply this permission to and select it
• Search: TagListViewAddress
• Give the users in that group permission to extract address details (granting 'Select' rights should be sufficient)
