Q: If a parent changes from quarterly to monthly for example, would this change also update the 'Statement Group'? Also how would I be notified that the change had been made by the parent?
A: If a parent changes their payment frequency from quarterly to monthly, this will not change their Statement Group in Synergetic. When parents change their frequency, you can be notified via Action Centre (System > Settings Maintenance (Action Centre Message Types))
