Adjustment to reporting requirements: SCSA ATELD RSCOT marks collection
The reporting requirements for the COAT for the SCSA ATELD course have changed.
The number of criteria has been reduced from 4 to 3 and the maximum marks have changed (C1 = 8 C2 = 6 C3 = 6).
In 2024 a workaround is available to schools prior to a permanent solution in a future Synergetic release.
The workaround is:
Leave the 4 criteria in Subject Assessment Other Area Definition
Set up Subject Assessments with the 3 Criterion plus the Absent Criterion
Enter Results against the 3 Criterion and Y/N against the Absent Criterion
Run the RSCOT export
Delete the 4th column from the .csv
Submit file
Refer below for screen image instructions
Navigate to the CCWACOAT Curriculum Code
(No Change required)
Select Assess -> Subject Assessment Area Maintenance
Navigate to a RSCOT Assessment code
Set up or modify Subject Assessments with the 3 Criterion plus the Absent Criterion
Repeat for all RSCOT Assessment codes
Select Assess -> Student Results Maintenance
Navigate to a RSCOT Assessable class
Enter Results against the 3 Criterion and Y/N against the Absent Criterion
Select Students -> Student Data Import/Export
Run the RSCOT export
Accept this warning message if it is generated
Navigate to the Export File location
Open the csv file in Excel
Column L is the original Criterion 4 Column - Leave this column as is (it can be blank or 0 values)
Submit the file
