The following should be true in order for this to happen:
- Rule should be set to copy the 'StaffAssessmentMarkBook' table across to the next term.
- The 'Multiple Staff MarkBooks' flag should be checked for both the origin (term from) and destination (term to) classes under 'Class Maintenance-->General' tab.
Please note that the MarkBooks are not copied from one term to another on subject assessment level
The correct process to follow is :
- Create the MarkBooks in Term1 at the assessment level (Assess–>Subject Assessment Area Maintenance–>Summary) in the Mark Book sub tab.
- Then before importing the MarkBook to a class, tick the 'Multiple Staff MarkBooks' flag.
This will ensure that when the next term creation process is run, it will create the classes automatically with this flag as ticked and also copy across the MarkBooks.
