You can use the Settings Maintenance window to maintain the settings of Action Centre messages including:
- number of days messages are displayed in the Action Centre
- minimum number of days between identical messages
- whether emails are sent when messages are created
- whether messages are visible in the Community Portal.

Selecting an Action Centre message in the folder structure on the left side of the window displays information about the message in the main window.
How To:
- Navigate the folder structure of the Settings Maintenance window. See Navigating the folder structure.
- Subscribe users to Action Centre messages. See Group/User Security Maintenance - Groups View.
