Downloading student photos

Note: Download photos when connected via Wi-Fi to avoid excess data changes and slow downloads.

To download student photos to your device:

1. Search for students. See Searching for students.
   Stick figures are displayed if no photos have been downloaded.
2. Touch .
   
3. Either, touch:
   • Yes if photos are available
   • OK if there are no photos to download.
   Available photos are displayed next to the student.
   
4. Continue with related functions. See:
   • Viewing student details
   • Viewing student alerts
   • Viewing student contacts
   • Viewing student locations.
