Running AutoPlace on the Yard Duty tab

To run AutoPlace on the Yard Duty tab:

Select Yard Duty > Edit Roster from the main menu.

Note: You can also click the Yard Duty tab when Primary Time opens.

The Yard Duty tab is displayed.
Click
The Please Wait dialog window is displayed.

The Yard Duty tab is updated.

Note: If there are green cells remaining there has not been enough time allocated to the teachers. To resolve the issue see Resolving unallocated cells on the yard duty roster.
