Scheduling literacy and numeracy programs

To schedule literacy and numeracy programs:

Open a spreadsheet or other external record outlining the school programs to be scheduled.

Note: Internal naming for school programs is not supported in Primary Time.
Open Primary Time.
The Year Group Allocation tab is displayed.

Tip: Select Allocation > Year Group from the main menu, if already using Primary Time.
Click the Schedule tab.
The Schedule tab is displayed.
Select the Year Group drop-down list.
Select a Year Group.

Note: You can also click to view all year groups.
Select the periods to be used for the literacy or numeracy program.
Click .
The periods are marked as not available.
Click .
Repeat steps 3 to 8 for all year groups.
