Importing specialist subjects

To import specialist subjects:

Create the CSV file of specialist subjects, with:
• two columns in the following order: Subject Code, Subject Name
• a maximum number of characters of:
• 5 for Subject Code
• 40 for Subject Name.
• no headings.
Select Basic Data > Subjects from the main menu.

The Subjects window is displayed.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Click .
The Open dialog window is displayed.
Navigate to the file directory with the CSV file.
Select the CSV file of specialist subjects.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Click .
The Subjects window is displayed with the imported subjects added to the grid area.
Check all the subjects were imported successfully.

Note: Primary Time does not notify you if there is a duplicate code.
Click .
Click.
