Importing year groups

To import year groups:

Create the CSV file of year groups, with:
• two columns in the following order: Year Group Code, Year Group Name
• a maximum number of characters of:
• 5 for Year Group Code
• 40 for Year Group Name.
• no headings.
Select Basic Data > Year Groups from the main menu.

The Year Groups window is displayed.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Click .
The Open dialog window is displayed.
Navigate to the file directory with the CSV file.
Select the CSV file of year groups.
Click .
The following dialog window is displayed.
Click .
The Year Groups window is displayed with the imported year groups added to the grid area.
Check all the year groups were imported successfully.

Note: Primary Time does not notify you if there is a duplicate code.
Click .
Click.
